Shipping and payment

I. Shipping costs

We deliver free of charge within Germany.

The following applies to deliveries to Luxembourg:
- for goods that can be sent by package due to the size (usually Carbox Floor, Carbox Form, Carbox MultiMatte and FlexXy dog ​​boxes, as well as Car-Bags Bags) the shipping costs are 4.90 EUR.
- for goods that have to be sent by forwarding due to the size (usually Carbox Classic and Carbox YourSize) are calculated flat -rate at EUR 9.90.

The following applies to deliveries to Austria:
- for goods that can be sent by package due to the size (usually Carbox Floor, Carbox Form, Carbox MultiMatte and FlexXy dog ​​boxes, as well as Car-Bags Bags) the shipping costs are 4.90 EUR.
- for goods that have to be sent by forwarding due to the size (usually Carbox Classic and Carbox YourSize) will be charged with EUR 19.90.

The Delivery to other EU countries or in non-EU countries only takes place on request. Please note that, due to the size of our products, direct transport/shipping outside of Germany is often associated with considerable additional costs.

II. Delivery times

All of our goods will be produced and leave our house depending on the order receipt. Shipping happens either by freight forwarder (Carbox CLASSIC) or by DPD ( Carbox FORM, Carbox FLOOR and carbox specials).

For foreign customers, we offer that we send the goods to them through an importer.

III. Delivery of the goods

This happens either by freight forwarder (Carbox CLASSIC) or by DPD at (Carbox FORM and Carbox Floor).
For the delivery of the Carbox CLASSIC You will be called by the freight forwarder to make a precise delivery date before delivery.

(The delivery goal can no longer be changed afterwards.)

IV. Payment options

You can pay at Carbox either in advance, purchase of invoice, PayPal, credit card, direct debit and AmazonPay.

Prepayment

We will only send your product to the payment method in advance when we can book your money in our account.
Please note that the delivery can be delayed by payment in advance.

Purchase purchase

When buying a purchase, your order will be processed immediately and sent as soon as possible.

PayPal

With PayPal you can pay your purchases easily, safely and quickly.

Payment with PayPal works so easily and quickly:
After selecting the "PayPal" payment method and sending your order to carbox.at, you will be automatically forwarded to PayPal's secure payment form. Please log in if you already have a PayPal account. Otherwise, click on "Set up your account" and follow the instructions.

Credit card

The payment transaction will be carried out by your credit card company immediately after confirmation of the payment instructions and after your legitimation as a legal card holder at the request of PayPal and your card is burdened. You can get further information from the ordering process.

Direct debit

With confirmation of the payment instruction, you grant PayPal a direct debit mandate. You will be informed about the date of the account load from PayPal (so -called prenotification).

Amazonpay

In order to be able to handle the ordering process via Amazon and to be able to pay the invoice amount, you must be registered there or register first and legitimize with your access data.
